SPECIAL MACHINES

Examples of special machines which have been designed and produced to satisfy the needs of individual clients.

A.E.10.8

Electronic roller feeder

Electronic roller feeder. A very robust machine to feed narrow and particularly thick sheet metal. The lower roller is interchangeable to feed “U” profile rods.

A.E.140 P.

Electronic hydraulic clamp feeder. Narrow sheet metal feeding machine. The sheet metal strip is positioned by the longitudinally moving clamps without dragging the surface.

A.E.950 P.

Electronic pneumatic clamp feeder. Wide sheet metal feeding machine. The sheet metal strip is positioned by the longitudinally moving clamps without dragging the surface. A series of idle straightening rollers is also fitted at the entry of the sheet metal.

A.E.R.P

Electronic feeder with clamps and rollers. This machine is used to straighten and unload a section of metal sheet from coils on an area under a laser cutting head. It consists of a pair of idle rollers with brake that detain one side of the metal sheet and of clamps that position and extract the metal sheet to be processed and that already processed.

ART 65

Unit comprising feeder, horizontal and vertical straightener, hydraulic shears and piece removal unit. Designed to obtain cut to size sheet metal strips, the control of the pitch is entrusted to an encoder with metric wheel which is pushed against the sheet.

RM 226

Motorised straightener for thin high stiffening capacity sheet metal strips for hard materials with outstanding bending strength. Personalisation for the production of safety shoe sole foils.

RPM 05.11

Motorised straightener for thick sheet metal strips. The upper drawing roller is shaped and reproduces scores on the strip. Customised machine for the production of door and window hinges.

SL 3.2

Three spoked self-centring uncoiler with pneumatic expansion, low mandrel centre for rewinding of leftover coils.
