Rigid and compact arc-welded steel opposed roller feeder, powered by a brushless servomotor that, by means of a kinematic motion patented by ourselves, combines high feed speeds and pin-point positioning. Both rollers are motorised and synchronous, and pushed together by an easily adjustable electropneumatic low air consumption system that allows the sheet metal to be fed during the pilot centring phase in pitch moulding. A strip end device is also fitted. This machine is connected to the press bench and rests on the ground by means of adjustable feet, and a vertical adjustment device makes alignment with the die easy. The control of the feeder is entirely electronic by means of an ergonomic and user-friendly display panel positioned within an electrical cabinet. The machine can perform pitches of different sizes even negative, and is equipped with a dimension and piece counter display, the speed as well as the acceleration of the pitch can also be set. Several different configurations can be stored, which can be called-up each time that a specific process needs to be performed.
