Rigid arc-welded steel motorised straightener made up of an upper and lower roller units and a raised base that rests on the ground. The upper roller unit contains both the driving roller as well as the levelling rollers and is operated by two hydraulic actuators that push it against the lower rollers; it can be completely opened during the tooling phase both to introduce the strip as well as for possible cleaning of the rollers. Driving is performed by a gearmotor and movement is transmitted to all rollers by means of an oil-bathed geared kinematic mechanism. The levelling adjustment, displayed by position indicators, is made by means of a pair of angle transmissions or by means of a pair reduction unit system. The hydraulic control unit is contained in the raised base with adjustable feet. The loop is controlled by a microswitch rod or by an optional NO-STOP optical sensor system, to avoid marks on the sheet. The electrical board is on the machine, which is equipped with an ergonomic and user friendly electrical panel.
