The structure is sized to be extremely stiff, to prevent flexing in the shearing blades and to ensure a long service life of the running units. Made up of a lower base in steel that bears the fixed blade and binds the guiding columns of the mobile blade-holder unit. Both blades can be used on all four cutting units without having to make any adjustments. During the shearing phase, a sheet-pressing unit keeps the strip still to ensure optimum shearing. The trim shearing unit has a pre-selectable stroke counter, which activates it after a set number of strokes of the press. The hydraulic automation control unit is separate from the trim shearing unit and has an oil cooling system. The electrical cabinet with control panel may be separate or connected to the hydraulic control unit.
