STELLITER® FOR BELT SAW BLADES ST 470
The Alix ST 470 Stelliter ® is a machine for hard facing (stelliting®) by means of a TIG welding operation on the belt saw blade teeth.
The ST 470 Stelliter ® consists of a compact and extra strong steel structure that supports the melting vices, the blade feed system and stellite® feeder.
The welder and the cooling unit are incorporated in the machine structure.
The melting vices can be easily replaced.
The blade brake is pneumatically controlled with adjustable braking force.
The switch board is incorporated in the machine structure and features an ergonomic and user-friendly control panel.
The programming tool is used to set the work programme with the machining parameters (quantity of stellite®, stellite® to and from feed speed, welding times, etc.) and display eventual alarms.
The tempering of each tooth is automatically performed during the welding phase itself.
The machine is available with a broad range of optional devices that can be customised to individual working needs.
